Energetic Educators Desired for Summer Employment!
Are you creative, willing to learn, and comfortable interacting with the general public? If so, the Maryland Science Center is looking for you.
Duties
A variety of positions are available for individuals interested in spending their summer in a fast-paced, engaging environment. This summer, the education department will engage the audience with demonstrations, present hands-on explainers, enhance the exhibit experience, and so much more.
Requirements
- Applicants must have completed at least one year of college coursework
- Interest and/or coursework in science or education are encouraged
- Most positions require some weekend availability
- All applicants must be able to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Able to pass a background check
$8.50/hour
